Factory Five Racing GTM Supercar. This is an all tube steel chassis, original design supercar by Factory Five Racing, not a copy or replica. This car is immaculate and meticulously built using suspension parts and other components from a 2000 C5 Corvette. It has a new 2010 GM Performance Parts E-Rod engine that was installed in the spring of 2010 and filmed and shown on Horsepower TV Program. The car was the number one featured Specialty Vehicle at the 2009 SEMA show in Las Vegas and also appeared in the 2008 and 2010 SEMA shows. After the TV program the car was on tour promoting the emission compliant LS3 E-Rod engine in California at the request of General Motors Performance Parts. The car features Race Tech seats with Schroth 5-point racing harness. The engine is a GM Performance Parts E-Rod LS3, 6.2L V8, with 511hp and 483ft/lbs of torque dynoed at the crankshaft. Cold air intake is from Spectre Engineering and custom exhaust headers by Kooks. The gearbox is a Porsche G50-20 manual shift, 6-speed, limited slip transaxle. Coilover Koni shocks, Wilwood brakes 6-piston front and 4-piston rear with drilled and vented rotors, BBS 17x9 rims in front and 18x10 rear, and Michelin PS tires complete the power to ground.
